S&T Doubled Net Profit to EUR 1.8M in 2010

Ljubljana, 05 April (STA) - The Ljubljana-based IT firm S&T Slovenija generated EUR 1.8m in net profit in 2010, a two-fold increase year-on-year, while revenues decreased by 6.6% to EUR 42.2m.

Pre-tax profit, at EUR 2m, was even higher than that of the record year 2007, Chairman Robert Trnovec told the press on Tuesday.

"What is important is the fact that we generated EUR 42m in revenues with a great return on equity, one of the best in the branch in Slovenia," Trnovec commented on the company's return on equity, which stood at 22.1%.

The company focuses on system integration of IT solutions, consulting and external IT operations, each accounting for a third of total revenues.
