Fraport to Buy Out Remaining Aerodrom Shareholders

Ljubljana, 14 October (STA) - Less than a week after wrapping up the purchase of a 75.55% stake in Aerodrom Ljubljana, German airport operator Fraport announced Tuesday it would buy out the remaining shareholders.

The takeover intent says the formal offer to the remaining shareholders will be published within 30 days.

Fraport will offer EUR 61.75 per share, which is in line with legislation requiring that it has to offer all shareholders the same price.

Fraport bought the majority stake in the operator of the Ljubljana airport for EUR 177.1m. The takeover values the entire company at EUR 234.4m.
