Ljubljana, 21 December (STA) - Factory-gate prices in Slovenia continued to rise in November and were 0.2% higher than a month before and 3.8% higher year-on-year, the Statistics Office said on Tuesday.
At the annual level, output prices grew the most in manufacturing, by 4.2%, and added 1% in mining and querying, while the prices in electricity supply fell by 1.4% compared to November 2009.
Compared to the previous month, factory-gate prices increased in November by 0.2% in manufacturing and by 0.1% in mining and querying, but remained level in water supply and dropped 0.3% in electricity supply.
In a purpose-based classification, energy prices rose the most (0.5%) and the prices of consumer goods were 0.2% higher. Capital goods prices meanwhile dropped by 0.1%.
