Ljubljana, 06 December (STA) - Slovenia's third largest bank, Abanka Vipa, plans 4% growth in total assets for 2011 and 66% growth in pre-tax profit, which is to reach EUR 25m.
By the end of this year total assets are estimated to reach EUR 4.5bn, which is level with last year's figure, but 2% above plans. This year's pre-tax profit is estimated at a little over EUR 15m.
Like this year, the bank's key activities in 2011 will be focused on the crediting of the non-banking sector and acquiring prime financing sources.
Abanka made its plans for 2011 known in a press release on Monday, after its supervisory board endorsed the financial plans and policies for next year.
