Residential Development “Črnuški bajer”

The residential area “Črnuški Bajer” in Ljubljana is a welcome green oasis amidst the stark concrete of modern development in Ljubljana with a long stretch of woodland to the north that provides a quality microclimate and provides living environment of superior comfort. The green setting of the southern end of the new residential area is complemented by a pond (“bajer”) which will undoubtedly become the centre of the communal area for the residents to meet and enjoy social activities.
