Subject of public selling process: EUR 42.2 mio claims against the company Prefabdva d.o.o., in bankruptcy
The Company was established for the construction of the commercial and residential complex »Zeleni park II« in the center of Koper. Prefabdva d.o.o. is in bankruptcy since 20 June 2013.

Total amount of claims applied in bankruptcy estate is EUR 54,419,194.05 and belongs to several creditors. In year 2014 TCK became creditor and owner of claims towards company Prefabdva d.o.o. which was previously financed by Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank d.d. Claim applied by TCK d.o.o. is EUR 42,154,708.55.

Loan is secured with several collaterals. Main collateral presents the land plots where the real estate project is ongoing.
