Subject of public selling process: EUR 7.4 mio claims against the company Hiša 8 d.o.o., in bankruptcy
The Company was established for the construction of the commercial and residential buildning »Dalmatinka« in the very center of Ljubljana. Hiša 8 d.o.o. is in bankruptcy since 24 April 2013.
- Mega d.o.o. - in bankruptcy, 51% share
- Mr. Stanko Božičnik - in personal bankruptcy, 49% share

Total amount of claims applied in bankruptcy estate is 14,122,278.52 EUR and belongs to several creditors. In year 2014 TCK became creditor and owner of claims towards Company Hiša 8 d.o.o. which was previously financed by Hypo Alpe-Adria Bank d.d. Claim applied by TCK d.o.o. is EUR 7,464,571.63.

Loan is secured with several collaterals. Main collateral represents the land plots where the real estate project is ongoing.
