HETA Asset Resolution d.o.o. is hereby publishing a public invitation for expression of interest to purchase of claims in its ownership in accordance with an open and transparent procedure. 

 

Subject of public selling process: EUR 11.0 mio claims against the company Hotel Aleksander d.o.o., in bankruptcy 

 

The company Hotel Aleksander d.o.o. was established for the purpose of renovation and managing the 5-star hotel in Rogaška Slatina. Hotel Aleksander d.o.o. is in bankruptcy since 7 December 2015.

Total amount of claims applied in bankruptcy estate is 13,633,529,87 EUR and belongs to several creditors. In year 2014 HETA Asset Resolution d.o.o. became creditor and owner of claims towards company Hotel Aleksander d.o.o. which was previously financed by Hypo Leasing d.o.o. Claim applied by HETA Asset Resolution d.o.o. is EUR 11,008,666,03.

Loan is secured with two collaterals. Main collateral presents the 5-star hotel.

Hotel Net Useable Area: 3,189 m2

Floors: -1, GF, 3 upper floors

Year of construction: renovated 2010

Hotelcapacity: 21 rooms, restaurant, lobby bar, salon bar, private SPA centre, swimming pool and gym, conference hall for 15 guests (62 m2)

Park: 5,409 m2

Parking places: garage for 12 parking lots and outdoor parking place

 

The building was built in 1906 and had been renewed several times. In 2009 hotel was completely refurbished and in 2010 the underground garage facility for 12 cars was constructed.

The hotel also includes a catering establishment, and a wellness centre. The hotel part has a ground floor, first and second floor and an attic apartment. On the roof of the building there is a large sundeck. The catering establishment includes a ground floor with terraces and first floor.

In the hotel part of the building there are 5 standard rooms (26 m2) and 16 luxury suites with room area from 46 m2 to 109 m2. The most prestigious room in the Alexander hotel is the 2 Penthouse 777 with a private 250 m2 large terrace and a magnificent forest and park view.
