Foreign investors recognise innovative spirit and readiness to embrace technological changes as the result of long industrial tradition. Focus on vocational education and on-job training provides labour for a variety of sectors and market niches. Some 100,000 students study at different faculties a year and 16% of active labour force has a university degree and 62% of the population have completed secondary education.
