DARS Looking for New Management as of Friday
Ljubljana, 09 July (STA) - Slovenia's Motorway Company DARS will publish on Friday a call for applications for a new chairman and two management members, after the former management was dismissed in late June. Applications, which are to be sent within 15 days, will be reviewed by the company's supervisors on 2 August.
Chief supervisor Dušan Hočevar told the press on Monday that the
supervisors confirmed the text of the competition and that the conditions
would be no different than so far.
The management would meanwhile be
expanded by from three to four members, which includes a workers' director.
Workers are currently represented in the management by Alojz
Ratajc.
On 27 June, the supervisors dismissed chairman Mateja
Duhovnik and management member Gordana Bošković over failure to act with
due diligence and meet their obligations stemming from legislation and
internal company documents.
An interim management headed by Matjaž
Knez was appointed after the dismissal.
