LABOUR PRODUCTIVITY AND COSTS Labour productivityA comparison of overall productivity in 2006 shows that Slovenia is the most productive of EU-12 new countries. The productivity of Slovenian workforce exceeds the least productive member state, Portugal, and very nearly reaches that of Greece. Not included: extra payments for active employment, extra payments for burdens at work, part of payment for good work results (measured on an individual or group basis), part of payment for successful company operations.
