Investor looking for partnership with Slovene retail companies

Trade centre development in Ukraine - Donetsk city

Development company «European special projects» is developing a new  investment project in the sphere of retail business.

The trade center with a parking place is planed in the most developed industrial regions of Ukraine-Donetsk city; a place for Euro 2012 to take place.

This project is being realized with a famous Ukrainian retail company БУМ, one of the major supermarket operators in Eastern Ukraine. БУМ is intended to lease the building with a purpose of exploitation  and managing retail business in the center. This will include organization of the process, personal training, marketing conception and managing.

It is a good time to minimize construction costs. Putting into operation is planned by the time of economical stabilization in 1.5 - 2  years as it is expected.

Marketing analyses showed lack of similar trade centers around and a great need in those due to densely inhabited area.

A part of the project is already financed by means of «European special projects». This includes expenses for land, official permissions for construction, all stages of the projecting, building site preparations. The rest investment need compose 5.5 - 6 million euro.

Competitively low budget and lively interest in trade centers of this kind in the region makes the project attractive for investments.

We are interested and ready to discuss possible partner relations such as:

  • buying a share

  • giving a loan

  • credit giving

  • partially or whole financing.
