REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE OF JAPTI in Istanbul

Public Agency of the Republic of Slovenia for Entrepreneurship and Foreign Investments established in 2006 the Slovenian Economic Representative Office in Istanbul as part of effort to assist in promoting direct investment and to increase trade between Slovenian companies and international markets.  A range of targeted, customised services to businesses includes information, counselling and related services designed for international trade development.

The mission of the Slovenian Economic Representative Office in Istanbul is to:
  • promote Slovenia’s economy,

  • represent and advance Slovenian economic interests in Turkey,

  • deliver quality and efficient services to Slovenian companies that do business with Turkish partners,

  • assist Slovenian companies in business internationalisation, and

  • attract Turkish and other foreign investors to Slovenia.


    • Turkish companies can benefit from the following services provided by the Slovenian Economic Representative Office in Istanbul:
  • provision of general information about doing business in Slovenia,

  • provision of expert advice and country-specific commercial information to Turkish investors,

  • assistance in identifying sub-contractors and suppliers in Slovenia, and

  • other services for Turkish companies aimed at facilitating exports from Slovenia.
